Guarantee

All CHAUL products have a manufacturing guarantee on materials and hand work for 12 months from the date of purchase of the products, provided they are in the use and in the ranges of pressure and temperature for which they were manufactured. This guarantee is limited for change or reparation of any of the parts without cost if these have any defect in materials or hand work, under the inspection of the product at our company. CHAUL VALVE, INC doesn’t assume any cost of hand work and lost time in case the product or their parts have not been disassembled directly with the manufacturer of CHAUL products. The granted guarantee is limited only to the original products manufactured by CHAUL VALVE, INC.

All the products are subject to changes without previous warning in materials and design without affecting the operation, technology or quality of CHAUL products.

Cancellations and Returns

The Confirmed Orders can only be canceled under the consent of our distributors.  These policies are specified in the order and price rate, being these subject to an advance that remains for the special production order based on the type of product, materials and dimension. If the product is already in process of production, the advance will still be taken for the acquisition or note of credit for any other CHAUL product. 

Changes of Design

We’ve reserved the right of changes and modifications in designs and constructions of any CHAUL product, however, our manufacturers guarantee the spare parts of all our products without mattering the time that they have or the design, since all our spare parts have the same universal measure inside; you only have to send the product to the main plant and it will be modified and guaranteed from the manufacturer like a new product. 

Taxes

The Taxes will be covered by the buyer, subject to the effective rates and Fiscal terms that their State or Country designate, as well as Import and Export Taxes, and handling of International and State products, which include shipping costs, maneuvers and insurance.

Deliveries

Delivery commitments will be made under the permitted conditions according to purchase orders only under sale conditions of the authorized distributors. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage caused to the products by delivery time established by the distributors.

Insurance of Use

The manufacturer of CHAUL products is neither responsible for damages done to the facilities or caused to employees in case of failure of the products, nor their wrong handling. Leakage by not using original spare parts, maintenance of the products not by authorized CHAUL people, or using the products with pressure, temperature or flow for which they were not manufactured, are situations in which CHAUL VALVE, INC is not responsible since we are the only company who offers a 12 months warranty.

We suggest to our consumers to hire a third party insurance for any damage caused.

Services

Consulting services will be free under the attendance of our distributors, remaining the responsibility under their technicians, when is referred to the handling of gases, chemical products, explosives, toxic substances and high risk materials.

If there is a previous government authorization, CHAUL VALVE, INC delimits the installation or handling of our products, as well as their reparation to be made by authorized CHAUL people. In case of not being this way, the guarantee would be automatically canceled.  

Invoicing  

Expenses for exportation and required documents by any country’s Law are not included in CHAUL products’ costs. They will have to be requested by letter to the manufacturer of CHAUL products. Summons and consular declarations’ costs in order to recommend any Custom Agency will be covered by the client.

CHAUL VALVE, INC is not responsible for errors or changes made in the client's declarations and documents.
